How do I cancel my subscription?
- iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › the app › Cancel.
- Android: Play Store › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › the app › Cancel.
Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle refunds.

I got a new phone. How do I get my subscription back?
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account, then tap Profile › Restore purchases.
How do I keep my progress on a new phone?
Save your progress to an account first (Profile › Save your progress). Then sign in on the new phone.
How do I change my level or reminder?
Profile › Level, or Profile › Daily reminder.
